The phrase ‘Cirque de Lumière’, translated as ‘Circus of Light’, pays tribute to the skill and innovative displays of a superbly talented cast, seamlessly supported by a spectacular light show…. welcome to Cirque!
As you approach the iconic venue the hairs on your neck begin to rise. An electric atmosphere radiates around you as you suddenly catch glimpses of the incredible world awaiting you. Bizarre stilt creatures stand next to beautifully snowed Christmas trees lining the entrance lit in glistening blues and emerald greens, as sporadic beams of crisp light flash overhead. Uplifting music fills the air as you are welcomed warmly inside to meet friends and colleagues.
As the full enormity of the mesmerising venue presents itself before you, your mind begins to race deciding where to venture first. The venue is on a scale the size of which you have not previously experienced, yet possesses a warm, intimate and welcoming atmosphere drawing you in.
Giant walls twinkle with thousands of lights, while a number of striking bars offer traditional local beers, spirits and crisp wines. The cocktail and champagne bars promise something different, with mixologists concocting specially designed cocktails before your eyes, while smartly dressed waiters and waitresses walk around the room offering tasty canapés to all.
Suddenly the room is plunged into darkness. Beautifully clad, lithe dancers dressed in mesmerizing costumes slowly become visible on raised platforms throughout the bar. Performers attempt mind-defying contortions as sharp beams of magical light continue to dance around the room.
As you enjoy a tasty festive dinner and relax amongst friends and colleagues, conversation is plentiful and fine wines flow. As the last spoonful of dessert is devoured, the lights cut to an explosion of light and sound on the main stage that marks the beginning of a dazzling finale.
After-dinner entertainment is plentiful – dodgems whirl into action, while elsewhere in the venue the fun casino opens its tables and fairground stalls come to life. While some take coffee and chocolates in a quieter area, the dance floor beckons for those disco bunnies with boundless energy and whose night is still young! And don’t forget to sample a midnight breakfast roll!
As the evening draws to an unwelcome end, memories of a fun filled night are etched, as you reflect on a truly spectacular party.”
Selected party nights include house wine, premium beers, ciders and soft drinks all included within the ticket price and available all evening. These are extremely popular and sell out quickly. They exclude all spirits, champagne, cocktails and prosecco.
The all-inclusive drinks are included on Wed 4th, Sun 8th Dec, Tues 10th, Sun 15th, Tues 17th, and Wed 18th December.

Farnborough is conveniently located south-west of London and is served by strong national and international travel links. Travel to Farnborough in just 35 minutes by train from London Waterloo or access the venue by car from the M3 and enjoy free parking on site. For those travelling by air, Heathrow is only 30 minutes and Gatwick 50 minutes by car. Farnborough Airport adjacent to the venue, is one of Europe’s leading business airports for private flights around the world.

Subject to availability, you can add extra guests to your booking up to 4 weeks prior to your event. Please note, availability changes constantly and tickets are on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
You can of course get into the spirit of the party, as long as your outfit fits within our smart dress code.
We have designed delicious menus alongside our main menu for those guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have an allergy to dairy, gluten or nuts.
We can also cater for Halal meals - if they are pre-ordered.
Please note that these alternative menus are set and must be ordered in advance of the party, you will the receive the full chosen menu. We unfortunately cannot mix and match courses from each menu.
Please note that we are not unable to provide Kosher meals, however, you are welcome to arrange for us to receive a Kosher Meal on the day of your party and we will cook this in our ovens and serve (still in the tray) to your guests at their tables. There is no additional charge for this service; however neither does the guest receive any discount for not having one of our own meals.
This venue is accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Should any of your guests have such please do call us so we can do our best to ensure their requirements are looked after during the event.
Please note that some of our venues have a raised dance floor, which are only accessible steps.
Our bars accept card payments, pre-paid wristbands, and pre-paid tokens as form of payments. They do not accept cash.
There is an additional bar for your use if you have wristbands or tokens and the time spent at the bar is greatly reduced due to using this pre-paid payment methods.
Unfortunately we cannot accept Amex payments
On arrival, we carry out ticket and ID checks and random bag searches are carried out by our security team. Please have your ticket ready.
The initial deposit is due to confirm your booking.
The rest of the balance for your booking is due no later than 8 weeks before the date of the party.
The booking can be paid over the phone on 0203 9676967 with a debit or credit card or you can make an enquiry and pay through your online account. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please request an invoice.
We have several drinks packages available, please ask for more information.
In addition to drinks packages, you can also pre-order wine and water by the bottle.
You can add drinks to your party up to 4 weeks prior to your party date.
In line with our licence, we are afraid our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 18 years old.
When you enter the venue you will see several table plans displayed around the bar area, which detail which tables have been allocated to your group.
We do not set out seating plans or names within groups, however should you wish to compile your own you are welcome to pop name places etc on your tables when the doors open on the night of your party.
We have a dress code of Smart Dress and as such do not allow guests to wear jeans or trainers to our events.

The minimum booking is for 10 guests. We seat each booking at their own private tables, and do not mix booking across shared tables.
We have a variety of different sized tables and we will allocate your group the best suited tables for your final group size. These will of course be placed next to each other in the dining area.
