The Flamingo Room is one of BAM's mid-sized karaoke rooms and can accommodate 15 people, perfect for team outings, intimate gatherings and small group celebrations.

Each private / karaoke room includes: Bose Speakers, Shure Microphones, a karaoke catalogue of 45,000+ songs (available in English, Spanish & French), alongside a photo and video capture, where videos can be up to 20 minutes in length!

Our karaoke rooms can host from 4 - 30 guests across our karaoke rooms alongside our BAM BAM Bar which can be privately hired for up to 150 guests. If your party has a larger guest number, we can offer you and your guests either a zone within the venue, semi-private hire or full exclusive hire, depending on your numbers, budget and availability!

Can I cancel my booking?
Log in to your customer area
Enter your login details.
Click on ‘See more’, then on ‘Cancel session’, which appears below the summary of your booking, then confirm ‘Yes, I cancel’ if you wish to cancel.
If you cancel more than 3 weeks before the start of your session, you will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.

Do you have a cloakroom onsite?
Yes, we have a cloakroom onsite which you are more than welcome to use. However, please note that items are left at the owners risk and the venue is not responsible.
What is your age policy?
We allow under 18s to enter our establishment Monday-Fridays for bookings which finish by 6pm, and we take bookings all day on Sunday. We do not allow entry for under 18s into our venues on Saturdays. All under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their booking. Our music catalogue has plenty of music for kids and teens.
Can we eat at BAM?
Yes, our venue has an on-site kitchen and offers food and drink for consumption both during your karaoke session in the room or at our BA BAM Bar. You can order on arrival, during your karaoke session, or pre-order from the website, on your customer account. Please note, we do not allow outside drinks to be brought into the venue. As a result, we don’t offer corkage or cover charges.
Can we bring food and drinks?
We do not accept outside food and drinks for consumption, asides from cakes. You can order on arrival, during your karaoke session, or pre-order from the website, on your Customer Account.
If you are planning to bring a cake with you, a waiver will need to be signed upon arrival to the venue with our reception team. We also only allow one candle maximum per cake. BAM can provide all plates and cutlery for your cake.
Can we eat and drink in the karaoke room?
Yes, we have a dedicated in-room ordering menu for drinks and food, which is delivered directly to your karaoke room upon booking.
What songs can I sing in the karaoke room?
We have over 40,000 songs available in the rooms which you can search through on arrival, by searching for artist names, song titles, genre, language and country. We also have hundreds of existing playlists created in case you’re stuck for what you want to sing. If you want to see all of BAM’s songs you can look through our karaoke catalogue in advance.
Every month we add new songs to our karaoke catalogue, so if you spot a song that's not on our database please let us know by emailing us!
Can I make a playlist in advance of my booking?
You can prepare a playlist in advance by choosing your favourite tracks from our karaoke catalogue. To do this, log into to your Customer Account
Enter your e-mail address and password
Then create a playlist in the tab in the insert for your booking
To share your playlist with your friends coming, so that they can add songs, click on ‘Invite Participants’
How can I find the photos and videos taken during my time at BAM?
You will receive an e-mail with a link to your videos and photos the day after your visit. You can also access them in your Dashboard, accessible from your customer account, by clicking on ‘My photos and videos’. If you want to download them, can click on one of the videos and you will find a button below to download.
Please note that photos and videos are only available to download for three months, after which they are automatically deleted.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, BAM Victoria is accessible to PRMs (People with Reduced Mobility). We have an elevator on site and if a wheelchair user needs help to access a room, please contact [email protected] in advance of your booking so we can help you organise your visit as effectively as possible.
