The Brewery Christmas Party

Join us for a private Christmas party in December 2025 as The Brewery invites you to step into the wonderful world of The Midnight Carnival.

Rumours say it is a carnival like no other, suspended in time between 1899 and the present, where whispers of fortune, spectacle, and secrets linger. As night falls, the carnival awakens from its forgotten era, drawing guests into a web of intrigue and illusion, where nothing is quite as it seems.

But be warned - the enchantment is fleeting. When the clock strikes midnight, the carnival vanishes as suddenly as it appears, leaving only its mystery behind.

Our comprehensive party package includes exclusive hire of the King George III room for your exclusive Christmas party. The room will be fully themed and on arrival you will be greeted by entertainers and a 45 minute sparkling cocktail reception. You'll be well catered for throughout the night with 5.5 ours of unlimited house wine, beer and soft drinks, and a sumptuous three-course meal with coffee and petit fours, or a standing menu. There will be striking table centre displays with black linen, and an after-dinner DJ.

About King George III Suite

On the ground floor, connected to both the Queen Charlotte and Lower Sugar Room, The King George III Room (named after his visit in 1787) has exposed brickwork, a barrel-vaulted ceiling and period lanterns.

The King George III Room is directly accessed from the reception (and the loading bay) and can be used alone or in conjunction with the Porter Tun as a drinks reception, catering or exhibition area for larger events.

It has an integrated PA system, solid oak floor, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and AMBX intelligent LED lighting in thousands of potential colours that has the ability to interact with sound and images.

The Brewery is a truly historic, Grade II listed London venue occupying the buildings of Whitbread’s 18th Century beer-making empire located in central London.

For Christmas parties in 2025 at The Brewery, guests are invited to The Midnight Carnival.

All of the rooms in The Brewery are unique and can cater fantastically for private and exclusive Christmas parties. From major events in The Porter Tun, King George III and Queen Charlotte to more intimate shows in the James Watt, Smeaton Vaults and Sugar Rooms.

The Grubstreet Author offers three additional spaces, The Pasteur, Cutting and Sample rooms. These spaces are located within The Brewery and are available for hire as a suite on their own or to provide additional spaces as part of a larger Brewery event.
