From Victorian beginnings as a steam-engine repair shed, to legendary cultural venue, the Roundhouse is a building steeped in history.
Having hosted performances from Jimi Hendrix, Patti Smith and Pink Floyd during the 60s & 70s, the Roundhouse re-opened in 2006 following a £30m refurbishment. Performances from Lady Gaga, Radiohead, Janelle Monae, The Chemical Brothers and Wizkid have re-established the Roundhouse as one of London’s most iconic music venues and performance spaces.
As a charity, the Roundhouse gives young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history - developing the talent of tomorrow. We’re available for private and corporate hire, offering over 2500 sqm of event space.
