The Elvetham Hotel Christmas Party

The Elvetham in Hampshire is a stunning 19th Century Country House set in 35 acres of beautifully manicured gardens. Conveniently located within a fifteen minute drive of both the M3 and M4. Steeped in history and once owned by Jane Seymour’s brother Edward, The Elvetham has hosted many royals throughout the years including King Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I. During the Queen’s visit in 1591 not only did she plant an oak tree which still stands tall in the grounds today, but it is also believed it is during this visit that William Shakespeare first performed a Midsummer Night’s Dream.

The Marquee

Guests: 200 – 300

For estimated numbers of around 200-300 guests we would recommend our Christmas themed Winter Conservatory which is a really beautiful room with a starlit ceiling, fully equipped bar, stage and dance floor. The Elvetham is the perfect venue for an exclusive Hartley Wintney Christmas party.

The Oak

Guests: 30 – 60

Room Hire: £700 + VAT

For estimated numbers of around 50 guests we would recommend The Oak Room. The Oak Room is a beautiful room with Oak Panelling, boasting original family crests. The Oak Room can seat up to 60 guests on round tables or 30 guests on one oval table.

The Morning Room

Guests: 26 – 50

Room Hire: £600 + VAT

For estimated numbers of around 40 guests we would recommend The Morning Room. The Morning Room is a beautiful room with original painted ceilings, views over the landscaped gardens and access through The Drawing Room Bar and outside terrace. The Morning Room can seat up to 50 guests on round tables or 26 guests on one oval table so would be ideal for your numbers.

The Library

Guests: 60 – 120

Room Hire: £900 + VAT

For numbers of around 100 guests we would recommend The Library which is a really beautiful room seating up to 120 guests, with the largest of our ornate fireplaces and original bookcases.
