Our much-loved shared party nights return with an exciting new twist – Party on the Piste, a snow-dusted celebration packed with jaw-dropping entertainment, alpine-inspired styling, and vibrant après-ski vibes.
Hosted in the NEC’s vast 15,000m² flagship hall, these Party on the Piste themed shared party nights bring together festive dining, thrilling live performances, and a buzzing dancefloor for an unforgettable evening. Whether you're toasting the season with colleagues or gathering your group of friends, this is Birmingham’s ultimate festive night out.
From the moment you arrive at the glittering entrance, the festive vibe is electric. Think snow-dusted mountains, twinkling Christmas trees, cosy alpine lodge bars, and the scent of mulled wine and log fires in the air. This is après-ski, NEC style.
Mixologists serve up wintery cocktails while delicious canapés do the rounds. Guests soak up the buzzing atmosphere before taking their seats for a delicious three-course festive dinner. As the lights dim, the main stage comes alive with heart-stopping performances from world-class cirque entertainers – expect fire, aerial acrobatics, and pure festive drama.
And just when you think the night has peaked? The energy kicks up a notch. Fairground rides whirl into motion, the fun casino opens, and retro stalls serve up nostalgic games and treats. Capture the moment in the 360 photo booth or head to the dancefloor, where the DJ keeps the party pumping into the early hours. Midnight munchies? Tuck into a warm breakfast roll or a fresh coffee under a canopy of twinkling lights.
Selected party nights include house wine, premium beers, ciders and soft drinks all included within the ticket price and available all evening. These are extremely popular and sell out quickly. They exclude all spirits, champagne, cocktails and prosecco.
The all-inclusive drinks are included on 26th Nov, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 17th and 21st December.

This December, the NEC once again transforms into a festive wonderland as takes over Hall 1 – the venue’s flagship event space – for a series of dazzling shared Christmas party nights. The theme for 2025 is Party on the Piste and it promises a high-energy alpine adventure with breathtaking décor, delicious three-course meals, thrilling live entertainment, and a dance floor that stays full all night long.
Whether you're booking a table of 10 or bringing a team of 800, this is where Birmingham Christmas parties come to life – vibrant, atmospheric, and packed with wow-factor. It's more than just a venue. It's the region’s most sought-after Christmas party experience.

Please note that we cannot run bar tabs at any of our events, however should you wish to provide some drinks for your group you can pre-order drinks packages or wine by the bottle.
Subject to availability, you can add extra guests to your booking up to 4 weeks prior to your event. Please note, availability changes constantly and tickets are on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
You can of course get into the spirit of the party, as long as your outfit fits within our smart dress code.
We have designed delicious menus alongside our main menu for those guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have an allergy to dairy, gluten or nuts.
We can also cater for Halal meals - if they are pre-ordered.
Please note that these alternative menus are set and must be ordered in advance of the party, you will the receive the full chosen menu. We unfortunately cannot mix and match courses from each menu.
Please note that we are not unable to provide Kosher meals, however, you are welcome to arrange for us to receive a Kosher Meal on the day of your party and we will cook this in our ovens and serve (still in the tray) to your guests at their tables. There is no additional charge for this service; however neither does the guest receive any discount for not having one of our own meals.
This venue is accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Should any of your guests have such please do call us so we can do our best to ensure their requirements are looked after during the event.
Please note that some of our venues have a raised dance floor, which are only accessible steps.
Our bars accept card payments, pre-paid wristbands, and pre-paid tokens as form of payments. They do not accept cash.
There is an additional bar for your use if you have wristbands or tokens and the time spent at the bar is greatly reduced due to using this pre-paid payment methods.
Unfortunately we cannot accept Amex payments
On arrival, we carry out ticket and ID checks and random bag searches are carried out by our security team. Please have your ticket ready.
The initial deposit is due to confirm your booking.
The rest of the balance for your booking is due no later than 8 weeks before the date of the party.
The booking can be paid over the phone on 0203 9676967 with a debit or credit card or you can make an enquiry and pay through your online account. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please request an invoice.
We have several drinks packages available, please ask for more information.
In addition to drinks packages, you can also pre-order wine and water by the bottle.
You can add drinks to your party up to 4 weeks prior to your party date.
In line with our licence, we are afraid our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 18 years old.
When you enter the venue you will see several table plans displayed around the bar area, which detail which tables have been allocated to your group.
We do not set out seating plans or names within groups, however should you wish to compile your own you are welcome to pop name places etc on your tables when the doors open on the night of your party.
Some of our shared party nights are all-inclusive party nights including beer, cider, bitter, house wine, alcopops and soft drinks all evening. You cannot upgrade this package.
It excludes spirits, cocktails, prosecco, champagne, fairground rides/attractions and fun casino which can be purchased separately on the evening.
We operate a strict responsible drinking policy to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests.
We have a dress code of Smart Dress and as such do not allow guests to wear jeans or trainers to our events.
The minimum booking is for 10 guests. We seat each booking at their own private tables, and do not mix booking across shared tables.
This supplier will follow guidance given by the Government in terms of all Covid-19 restrictions.
If government restrictions prevent our Christmas Parties from proceeding you will be able to transfer your booking to a future date or alternatively receive a full refund.
We have a variety of different sized tables and we will allocate your group the best suited tables for your final group size. These will of course be placed next to each other in the dining area.
