Warwick Conferences is a Christmas party venue offering both shared joiner nights and exclusive private hire, set across a handful of striking spaces on the University of Warwick campus. Best known as one of the region's leading conference and events venues, it brings the same level of polish, award-winning catering, dedicated events teams and its own on-site accommodation, to its festive celebrations each year.
The standout space for Christmas is The Slate, a lakeside venue with a large open floor that hosts our shared joiner party nights for up to 400 guests, as well as exclusive private hire for up to 600 guests across The Slate and the neighbouring Panorama Suite. Warwick Conferences can also accommodate smaller private events on request.
Guests can also stay over at the on-site Scarman and Radcliffe accommodation, just a short walk from the party, with rooms available at special Christmas rates.
Warwick Conferences sits on the University of Warwick campus on the outskirts of Coventry, around three miles from the city centre. It's an easy trip in: Coventry train station is a short taxi or bus ride away, with the number 11 and 12 buses both stopping close to the venue, Birmingham Airport is around 20 minutes by car, and complimentary parking is available on site for every guest.
