This December 2025, step into the world of 007 sophistication at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead a James Bond-themed Christmas party night like no other.
Expect 007 style and elegance, unlimited drinks, a mouthwatering 3-course dinner, casino tables and spectacular live entertainment.
Feel free to leave the Aston Martin at home. The James Bond Christmas party in Newcastle is centrally located at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead. It’s easy to get there and back by public transport.
What to expect at the James Bond Christmas party in Newcastle
You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco as you make an entrance on the VIP red carpet. Then, as the dining room doors open, our live Bond tribute band starts playing those iconic movie theme songs.
As the band plans during a sumptuous 3-course dinner, test your 007 knowledge by matching the theme song to the Bond movie.
The all-inclusive drinks are flowing, dinner has been enjoyed… but the night isn’t over. There’s plenty of after-dinner entertainment on offer at our Christmas parties.
The dance floor is open, and our live party band will tempt you onto it with some of the most danceable tunes on the planet. If you can stop dancing, try your luck at 007-style casino tables, or get your face bling on at the glitter bar. And don’t forget to visit the photo booth. Those photos will remind you of the best Christmas party choice you’ve ever made.

Please note that we cannot run bar tabs at any of our events, however should you wish to provide some drinks for your group you can pre-order drinks packages or wine by the bottle.
CAN I CONFIRM MY GROUP SIZE LATER?
Subject to availability, you can add extra guests to your booking up to 4 weeks prior to your event. Please note, availability changes constantly and tickets are on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY PARTY?
The initial deposit is due to confirm your booking.
The rest of the balance for your booking is due no later than 8 weeks before the date of the party.
The booking can be paid over the phone on 0203 9676967 with a debit or credit card or you can make an enquiry and pay through your online account. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please request an invoice.
HOW DO I PRE-ORDER DRINKS?
We have several drinks packages available, please ask for more information.
In addition to drinks packages, you can also pre-order wine and water by the bottle.
You can add drinks to your party up to 4 weeks prior to your party date.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
In line with our licence, we are afraid our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 18 years old.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We have a dress code of Smart Dress and as such do not allow guests to wear jeans or trainers to our events. You can of course get into the spirit of the party by dressing up to match the theme, as long as your outfit fits within our smart dress code.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS THAT I CAN BOOK FOR?
The minimum booking is for 10 guests. We seat each booking at their own private tables, and do not mix booking across shared tables.
WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 POLICY?
This supplier will follow guidance given by the Government in terms of all Covid-19 restrictions.
If government restrictions prevent our Christmas Parties from proceeding you will be able to transfer your booking to a future date or alternatively receive a full refund.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE TABLES?
We have a variety of different sized tables and we will allocate your group the best suited tables for your final group size. These will of course be placed next to each other in the dining area.
