The Regency stucco frontage gives little away from the street, but behind it the party rooms open into high ceilings, original mirrors and chandeliers dating back to the hotel's Victorian beginnings.

The newly refurbished Ballroom is where the party happens, a high-ceilinged period room dressed for December with candlelight, crackers and glittering trees beneath those original chandeliers.
