The space seats 30 comfortably and can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests with a mix of standing & seated with minimal furniture removed. Skylark has wonderful views of the seafront, features a bespoke cocktail menu exclusive to the space and has the option to play your own music. Other drinks such as local craft beers, soft drinks, wines and spirit & mixers are also available.

Our seven resident kitchens will be cooking up some special dishes for Christmas 2026. Shelter Hall is a self-service venue and all orders are processed either online using our app or by visiting the counter of your preferred kitchen/s.

Temaki Bros - Serving an array of Japanese inspired dishes from sushi to rice bowls and bites
Lost Boys Chicken - electric energy of London’s fried chicken to Brighton
VIP Pizza - Traditional pizzas from pizzaiolos spanning five generations. A Brighton staple hailing from Naples.
ThaiAngle - vibrant, bold and authentic thai food

How much does it cost to hire the Skylark Private Bar?

Sunday to Thursday (Evening) - £300 room hire fee + £1,000 minimum spend
Friday to Saturday (Evening) - £300 room hire fee + £1,500 minimum spend
