Skylark Private Bar: Skylark Private Bar (Evening)

The space seats 30 comfortably and can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests with a mix of standing & seated with minimal furniture removed. Skylark has wonderful views of the seafront, features a bespoke cocktail menu exclusive to the space and has the option to play your own music. Other drinks such as local craft beers, soft drinks, wines and spirit & mixers are also available.

Shelter Hall is a self-service venue and all orders are processed either online using our app or by visiting the counter of your preferred kitchen/s.

Festive Season Kitchens

On your party night you will be able to order food and drink from all of these fantastic kitchens:

Conchita - providing the vibrant and bold flavours of Mexico in a menu of mouth watering tortas, bowls, nachos and signature salsas.
Patty Guy - indulgent smash burgers and sides available from MasterChef winner Kenny Tutt.
Chick 'n' Bun - American-inspired fried chicken buns, wraps and salads alongside delicious wings and tenders.
Very Italian Pizza - tasty, authentic Neapolitan pizza, meat and cheese direct from the Amalfi Coast.
Little Bao Boy - serving up home made Bao Buns and traditional Asian food with a western and contemporary twist.
Sear - specialising in a providing a delicious selection of grilled meats & sides, courtesy of the Salt Shed team.
Coffee & Cake - coffee provided by Red Roaster and sweets treats courtesy of Julien Plumart.

How much does it cost to hire the Skylark Private Bar?

Sunday to Thursday (Evening) - £300 room hire fee + £1,000 minimum spend
Friday to Saturday (Evening) - £300 room hire fee + £1,500 minimum spend
