Starters

  • Forest tomato and mozzarella, herb croutons and basil oil (V)

Main Course

  • Carved roast turkey, sticky cranberry sausages, sautéed forest sprouts, honey-roasted vegetables, triple-cooked potatoes, traditional stuffing and gravy
  • New Forest wild mushroom and vegetable pie, sautéed forest sprouts, creamed parsley mash, braised red cabbage, burnt onion gravy (V)

Dessert

  • Christmas pudding, New Forest berry compote, brandy sauce
