These Terms and Conditions govern the Event Loyalty Scheme ("the scheme") offered by Office Christmas ("the company"). By participating in the the loyalty scheme, you ("the Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility:
The Scheme is open to all individuals and organizations who book events with Office Christmas or Venuesin. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Users must opt-in before their event is booked to be eligible.
2. Earning Points:
Points will be awarded for each qualifying booking made with Office Christmas or/and Venuesin from April 2025.
The number of points awarded per booking will be determined by Office Christmas and may vary based on factors such as event type, size, and value and what event has been booked.
Points will be credited to the Participant's account after the completion of the event and payment has been received in full. Points are allocated towards a user account which is attached to a unique email address.
The Company reserves the right to adjust the number of points awarded for specific events or promotions.
Points are non-transferable and can only be earned and redeemed by the Participant/individual who made the booking.
Points are earned from the NET spend of the event. For exclusive events, only the venue hire fee and food and beverage spend will be allocated towards the event spend for redemption of loyalty points.
3. Redeeming Points:
Points can be redeemed for rewards as outlined in the Scheme's rewards catalogue, which may be updated from time to time.
The number of points required for each reward will be specified in the rewards catalogue.
Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with equivalent alternatives at the Company's discretion.
Redemption requests must be made in writing by email to the event manager or [email protected].
Points may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Point Expiry:
Points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise specified by the Company.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Participants of expiring points, but it is the Participant's responsibility to track their point balance and redemption deadlines.
5. Scheme Changes and Termination:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time, with or without notice.
Changes to the Scheme may include, but are not limited to, changes to the point earning structure, rewards catalogue, and redemption procedures.
In the event of Scheme termination, Participants will be given a reasonable period to redeem their accumulated points, as determined by the Company.
The company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from changes to, or termination of, the scheme.
6. Account Management:
Participants are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in account information.
Participants are responsible for the security of their account credentials.
7. Data Privacy:
The Company will collect and use Participant data in accordance with its privacy policy.
By participating in the Scheme, Participants consent to the collection and use of their data for the purposes of administering the Scheme.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the Scheme will be resolved by the Company at its sole discretion.
The Company's decision in any dispute will be final and binding.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards can be selected from a pre-selected list at point of redemption. List can be supplied on demand.
