This beautiful suite can be used as two separate spaces – the Council Chamber and the adjoining Reception Room – or combined into one large, multifunctional setting. Together, they create the perfect flow for a Christmas celebration, with the Council Chamber’s grandeur setting the stage for fine dining, and the Reception Room providing a stylish space for pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner mingling.
The Council Chamber exudes timeless sophistication, featuring large sash windows, ornate plaster ceilings, antique mirrors, oil paintings, and a striking marble fireplace. The adjoining Reception Room, included in the hire, is ideal for arrival drinks, live music, or a festive canapés reception. As part of the First-Floor hire, the space can host receptions for up to 120 guests or seated fine dining for 50–60 guests, making it ideal for both corporate Christmas events and private celebrations.
